MarCom awards for mobile-friendly website

Scott Design recognized for developing outstanding responsive website

Scott Design received a Gold MarCom Award in the Small Business category and an Honorable Mention MarCom Award in the mobile website category for work on the Kay Heizman Design website. Kay Heizman, a high-end residential and commercial interior designer, wanted to update her website to work on mobile devices, plus include new and updated content. The new website features the same timeless design as the original site, but thanks to responsive design, now works on both computers and mobile devices

MarCom Awards is a creative competition for the concept, writing, and design of print, visual, audio and web materials and programs. The MarCom statuette graces the trophy cases of some of the top business and communication firms in the world.

The judging was based on various criteria, including creativity, impact, design, content, interactivity, ease of use, innovation, standards compliance, and functionality.
